Fully equipped CNC Milling Department with 6 work centers setup for high speed machining using HEM and 3D surfacing techniques.  

4th axis machining capabilities on 2 work centers and a travel range up to X41" - Y21" - Z20".  We routinely machine a wide variety of alloys, carbon steels, tool steels and plastics.  

Typical job quantities range from one-off's to low volume production runs.

Equipped with a HAAS TL3 CNC Lathe and and a TRACK TRL 1745P.

Grinding Department

Equipped with a full compliment of grinding equipment.  We provide the following grinding services:

Wire EDM Department

Equipped with a Fanuc Robocut Alpha 1C Series 16-W.  

We routinely burn intricate contours in carbide, hardened steels and brazed constructs while holding demanding tolerance/finish requirements.
