Our Precision Measuring & Testing Equipment is calibrated
to NIST standards!
The calibration of our CMM, Surface Plates and Master Gage
Blocks is performed by accredited measuring & inspection
labs on a scheduled basis
All other company and employee owned precision measuring
tools that are used to qualify final part dimensions are checked
for accuracy against our master gage blocks on a scheduled
basis.
All calibration and verification schedules and results are
documented in our Gage calibration aoftware application. This
provides us with the control we need to ensure that all of
the inspection and testing equipment we use is calibrated
on a consistent basis and to the required accuracy!
Inspection Guidelines:
We perform a 100% Inspection of all critical dimensions on
each part we manufacture. ¤ We provide Inspection Certificates per customer request!
